We have been very pleased with the Rezsoft Program offered by Automatit, Inc. The program is user friendly for us and for our clientele. We get a lot of positive feedback from our guests regarding the ease of doing “one-stop shopping” and then being able to book their vacation rental online. It is a great feeling to be able to leave the office for short or extended periods of time, knowing we won't be missing out on a potential reservation. Rezsoft also helps us save time in taking & processing reservations by phone, so that we are free to interact with and follow-up with our guests more often.
