It is rare to find a company that consistently performs beyond expectation. It is almost unheard of to work with a company who makes you want to sing its praises to anyone who will listen. Automatit is one of the rare, truly praiseworthy enterprises I have encountered in my 20-year career.
The Grapeline Wine Country Shuttle contracted Automatit to design and administer its website, and our only regret is that all the other vendors we work with cannot be as capable, accommodating, and dependable.
We tasked Automatit with designing a web site that would: a) be consistent with our premium image; b) allow prospective customers to find our site preferentially over competitive services; and c) help us to shift our caller profile from mostly information seekers to mostly customers ready to book. The web site they created for us, www.GoGrape.com, not only achieved all of the above, but also delivered benefits we had not anticipated. For example, at Automtit’s suggestion, we expanded our "area information" section to include an online booking feature for local hotels – providing our customers with a valuable tool and generating booking commissions for The Grapeline at the same time!
Automatit has always been exceptionally fast, making many site modifications within hours of our request. Their rates are very reasonable. Their staff is helpful and they communicate with us "non-techies" in a way we can clearly understand. I feel completely confident in my superlative recommendation of Automatit.
